Jasmin Maxymowich

Doctor of Chiropractic, Co-owner of Echo Wellness Collective

Dr. Jasmin Maxymowich is a prenatal and pediatric chiropractor with a special interest in nervous-system–focused family care. Her work centres on supporting babies, children, and parents through some of life’s most formative and demanding stages — pregnancy, postpartum, infancy, and early childhood.

Jasmin takes a neuro-functional approach to chiropractic care, looking beyond symptoms to understand how the nervous system is adapting to physical, emotional, and environmental stressors. Her care is gentle, intentional, and always individualized, with a strong emphasis on education, consent, and collaboration.

She has advanced training in pregnancy and pediatric chiropractic care, including techniques that support pelvic balance during pregnancy and age-appropriate care for infants and children. Jasmin also has a special interest in infant feeding, oral-motor function, and early development, recognizing the close relationship between the nervous system, movement, and regulation in the first years of life.

Becoming a mother herself deepened Jasmin’s passion for supporting families in a way that feels calm, informed, and empowering. She understands firsthand how overwhelming the early seasons of parenthood can feel — and how meaningful it is to feel supported, heard, and guided through them.

As co-founder of Echo Wellness Collective, Jasmin helped create a space that reflects her values: thoughtful care, nervous-system awareness, and a collaborative approach that honours the whole family system. She believes that when one nervous system is supported, the impact extends far beyond the individual — creating a ripple effect of regulation, connection, and healing.

My Approach

My approach to chiropractic care is rooted in the belief that the nervous system plays a central role in how we move, regulate, heal, and connect.

Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, I take time to understand how the body and nervous system are responding to stress — including physical, emotional, and environmental influences. This allows care to be thoughtful, individualized, and aligned with each person’s stage of life.

Care begins with a thorough assessment and ongoing conversation. I prioritize education, consent, and collaboration, ensuring patients and parents feel informed and supported every step of the way.

My adjustments are gentle and specific, with techniques tailored for pregnancy, infants, children, and adults. With babies and children especially, care is calm, relationship-based, and guided by the child’s cues — often with parents closely involved.

I have a special interest in supporting infant feeding, oral-motor function, early development, and nervous system regulation, recognizing how closely these systems are connected. When appropriate, I collaborate with other practitioners to ensure families receive cohesive, whole-person care.

Above all, my goal is to create a space where people feel safe, heard, and empowered — supporting the body’s natural ability to adapt and thrive, while honoring the unique needs of each family.
