Family of five sitting on the floor, looking at a photo album together, in a cozy room with a rattan bed and plants.

Whether you’re expecting a baby, caring for a growing family, or simply looking for a more connected approach to wellness - you belong here.

Our Story

Echo Wellness Collective was founded by two practitioners who saw a gap in care.

Again and again, we witnessed families seeking support — not just for symptoms, but for understanding. Parents wanting to know why their baby struggles with feeding or sleep. Women wanting to feel supported during pregnancy and postpartum. Individuals wanting care that considered their nervous system, lived experiences, and whole story.

Echo was created as a response to that need.

A place where care feels thoughtful, regulated, collaborative, and human — not rushed, fragmented, or one-dimensional.

Multiple hands of adults and a child touching and holding each other's hands. They are sitting on grass outdoors.

Why "Echo"?

We chose the name Echo because the care we provide doesn’t stop at the treatment room. It carries into homes, relationships, parenting, and daily life.

Small, intentional care can create meaningful, lasting change — not just for the individual, but for the family system as a whole.

A family of four is standing in front of a large window, embracing and looking outside. The mother is in the center wearing a yellow floral dress, and the father is next to her wearing a beige shirt and white pants. The son, wearing a white shirt and brown pants, is hugging the mother from behind, and the daughter, dressed in a white dress with a yellow bow, is standing nearby, looking out the window.

Our Purpose

Whole-family care

Our purpose is to create a space where families feel:

  • Heard

  • Educated

  • Supported

  • Empowered

We exist to support nervous system health across the lifespan — recognizing that physical, emotional, and relational health are deeply connected.

Care at Echo is never about “fixing” people. It’s about supporting the body’s ability to adapt, regulate, and heal.
