Our Infant Feeding Support services are provided by an International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC) who offers compassionate, evidence-based guidance tailored to your goals.
Whether you are breastfeeding, chestfeeding, pumping, combination feeding, supplementing, or exclusively formula feeding, you deserve support that is free from judgment and centered on what feels right for you and your baby. We recognize that every feeding journey looks different, and our role is to provide information, encouragement, and practical strategies so you can feel confident in your decisions.

Our Offerings
Lactation Initial Consultation
90 minutes - $140
Our Initial Lactation Consultation is designed to provide personalized, evidence-based support tailored to your family's unique feeding journey. During your appointment, your IBCLC will take the time to understand your concerns, goals, and experiences, while completing a comprehensive feeding assessment. This includes observing a feeding session to assess factors such as latch, positioning, milk transfer, and your baby's feeding patterns. Together, we'll explore any challenges you may be experiencing and develop a customized care plan with practical recommendations and ongoing support to help you feel confident and empowered in meeting your family's feeding goals. Whether you're breastfeeding, pumping, combination feeding, or navigating feeding concerns with your infant, we're here to support you with compassionate, non-judgmental care every step of the way.
Lactation Follow-Up Consultation
60 minutes - $130
Follow-Up Lactation Consultations provide ongoing support as you and your baby continue your feeding journey. These appointments are an opportunity to review your progress, celebrate successes, address any new concerns, and answer questions that may have come up since your initial visit. Your IBCLC will assess how things are going, provide updated recommendations as needed, and adjust your personalized feeding plan to support your evolving goals. Whether you're working through ongoing feeding challenges, navigating a transition, or simply looking for reassurance and guidance, we're here to provide compassionate, evidence-based support every step of the way.
Our IBCLC, Vanessa Love
At Echo Wellness Collective, our Infant Feeding Support services are provided by Vanessa, a Registered Nurse and International Board Certified Lactation Consultant (IBCLC). Vanessa offers compassionate, evidence-based care to help families feel informed, supported, and confident throughout their feeding journey.
Drawing on both her professional expertise and lived experience as a mother, Vanessa understands that feeding a baby can bring both joy and challenges. Whether you're preparing for your baby's arrival, navigating breastfeeding or chestfeeding concerns, pumping, bottle feeding, combination feeding, milk supply concerns, latch difficulties, returning to work, or weaning, she provides individualized support tailored to your family's unique needs and goals.
Vanessa's approach is warm, collaborative, and family-centred. She recognizes that every feeding journey is different and believes there is no single "right" way to feed a baby. Her goal is to create a supportive space where families feel heard, empowered, and equipped with the knowledge and tools they need to make feeding decisions with confidence.
