Abigayl Mora, RMT
Abigayl Mora is a Registered Massage Therapist who graduated with Honours from TriOS College for Massage Therapy. She brings a calm, encouraging, and upbeat energy to every session, creating a space where patients feel safe, supported, and motivated on their healing journey. Abigayl is passionate about finding solutions that make a real difference, not just temporary relief.
She has experience treating a wide variety of conditions, including musculoskeletal pain (neck, shoulders, upper and lower back), postural imbalances, sprains and strains, ligament injuries, neurological conditions such as carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, and thoracic outlet syndrome, as well as systemic conditions including arthritis, hypertension, diabetes, and stroke. She also works with patients experiencing stress, anxiety, depression, sleep difficulties, headaches, and temporomandibular joint disorder (TMJ)—a special area of interest. Abigayl holds a certification in TMJ therapy and loves helping patients find relief from jaw tension, headaches, and related discomfort.
Abigayl has seen firsthand how consistent, thoughtful care can make a big difference. She’s worked with stroke survivors, patients with arthritis, and those recovering from injuries, helping them regain mobility, reduce pain, and rediscover activities they love. She celebrates every small win with her patients, encouraging them to feel empowered in their own healing process.
Her passions include TMJ care, pregnancy and postpartum support, infants and children, and lymphatic drainage. Abigayl believes the body has an amazing ability to heal when given the right guidance, and she loves being a part of that journey with each patient.
Her treatments may include therapeutic and deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, TMJ work, and supportive home care when needed. With Abigayl, you can expect a session that is not only effective but uplifting—helping you feel calmer, stronger, and more at ease in your body.
