Danielle Del Greco

Registered Pelvic Health & Orthopedic Physiotherapist

I found my love for learning the human body and learning its unique expression while studying Biological Sciences at University of Windsor. After volunteering at a physiotherapy clinic, I fell in love with the physiotherapy profession as it allowed my connection of serving individuals in their physical well-being as well as a curiosity for understanding the true nature of healing.

I am a graduate of the University of Western Ontario in the Masters of Physical Therapy program. I have been in practice for over 16 years working with any musculoskeletal conditions or injuries as well as individuals looking to stay proactive in their physical health. I enjoy evolving through post-graduate studies in manual therapy, functional soft tissue techniques, yoga therapy, exercise using a functional movement model, and acupuncture.

In my last ten years, I discovered my passion for pelvic health physiotherapy while learning from Julie Wiebe’s piston science – the deep connection between the diaphragm and pelvic floor. I was trained through Pelvic Health Solutions (PHS) as well as Lynn Schulte’s holistic care pregnancy and postpartum bodywork to assess, diagnose and treat a variety of pelvic floor conditions. Since then, my practice has evolved towards an intuitive holistic mind body and somatic approach to helping regulating the nervous system in order to help individuals connect with their body’s natural wisdom and healing potential. I work with women at all phases of life with any pelvic health issue including incontinence, prolapse, pregnancy & postpartum care, menopause, and pelvic or persistent pain conditions.

My role as a therapist is to cultivate a genuine therapeutic relationship with each individual and a biopsychosocial approach of treating the whole person, head to toe, as to get a full sense of the root cause of the issue allowing a truly supportive wellness journey.

Outside of work, I love staying active with yoga, nature walks, meditation, creating jewellery, and a slow, mindful way of living that is infused with intention and purpose.
